Camp Rules

Eventhough Rotary Summercamp is “Freedom with responsibility” we do have a few rules we expect you to follow: 

1. When arrived in Denmark you must contract your parents to let them know that you have arrived safe (we will have a phone
   that you can use).

2. At the arrival-briefing on Tuesday 15^th August in Ribe and Tuesday 22^th August in Taastrup we will hand out the general rules of Dan Hostel/Ribe Byferie which we expect you will respect.

• You are not allowed to bring your beverages into your rooms.
• Your room must be cleaned up and bed linen and towels must be returned to the reception when you check-out of your room .

3. We expect you to;

• Participate positively in planned arrangements and trips
• Respect our tour-guides and their assignments
• Participate to a good and positive feeling on your nights off
• Have prepared at brief contribution about yourself and your country (3-5 minutes) to be held in Taastrup and in Ribe.

4. Taastrup/Ribe Rotary Club will take care of

• All meals during your stay
• Transportation
• Expenses for admission
• Guides on all tours

5. You must bring you own pocket money
